Any persons claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal to the Clerk, Intermunicipal
Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, 4502 – 50th Street, Box 130, Spirit River, AB, TOH
3G0. Such an appeal shall be in writing stating grounds for the appeal and delivered personally
or by registered mail no later than 21 Days from the Date of Decision with a copy to the Town
of Spirit River Development Officer. An Application fee of $50.00 plus advertising per appeal shall
apply.

Pursuant to section 685(3) of the Municipal Government Act, no appeal lies in respect of a
development permit for a permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw were relaxed,
varied, or misinterpreted.
