| Landfill Card | |
| Effective September 1,
2006, user I.D. cards will be required for free waste disposal at the CCS
Regional Landfill for all residents of the Town of Spirit River. Anyone not
producing a card will be required to pay the full tipping fees. There will
be no exceptions and no rebates. I.D. Cards will be mailed out with the Property Tax Notices. Should you not receive a card, please contact the Town Office.

| Update - Arena Expansion Project | |
| Construction began in
May 2006 on the Spirit River
Ag-Arena. Plans include repairs to the roof, flooring, ice
plant, heating system and arena boards. Other improvements include
dressing room expansion, office space, an upper level multi-purpose
fully-serviced room, upgrades to player's boxes and boards.
The estimated cost of this project is $1.2 million with an estimated completion date of October 1, 2006. |
